Sorry to say, I have done the above action 3 times to deactivate on the popup on all 7 of my Credit Union accounts and the accounts are still not deactivated. I even quit and restarted Quicken between each of the 3 times to no avail. The same screen as the first one above still shows up when I do the Account/Settings view - still showing Web Connect.

I will spend more time on Monday working with the credit union to see if there is anything they can do on their side. Appreciate any other thoughts you may have on why the deactivate does not seem to be taking hold. In my case I have worked with both the Credit Union and Quicken and determined that the CU thought that they offered Express Web Connect (Quicken Connect) as well as the older manual Web Connect to MAC users. When I called Quicken they told me that my Credit Union only had Express Web Connect entitled on the Windows side, not on the MAC side. So the the Credit Union is working internally to make sure that they are entitled for the Express Web Connect on the MAC side as well as the older regular Web Connect. It is my hope that once both the old manual Web Connect and the more automated Express Web Connect (Quicken Connect) are enabled on my Credit Union, that I will then be able to deactivate the old one and enable the new Express Web Connect. My thinking is that since there was only one method entitled on the MAC side for my CU, that Quicken would not let me deactivate it.
