Is it just me or did the new Microsoft Word (2016?) not come with a Notebook Layout template? I used that religiously on my old Mac and I just bought a new Mac yesterday, downloaded the Microsoft Office and I can't find the Notebook Layout on Word. Any suggestions? What I liked most about the Notebook layout was that I could write notes and record lectures. When reviewing the notes later, you can click on a line/sentence and there was a little speaker button next to the sentence that had the point in time of the recording when you began typing that sentence. Any help would be very much appreciated!

I have Office 2011 for Mac, and I use the Word Notebook Layout for taking notes for my classes. Obviously, I need different Note Levels for my notes to make sense. All of a sudden, while taking notes the other night, it stopped letting me indent to a new Note Level. It does not work with my tab key, by clicking the 'Increase Indent' button, or by selecting a different Note Level from the dropdown menu. When I try selecting a different level from the dropdown menu, it does not switch from Note Level 1. I have tried quitting Word, and opening it again, but still have the same problem.

I had one update, and it requires you to quit your Internet browser to complete. I was told by Tech Support to do so.

The update did not fix anything. When I tried logging back in to talk to Tech Support again, I continue receiving an error. Today, Tech Support would not load. I really need help getting this to work! I need to be able to take notes that make sense, so please let me know if you have any ideas at all!
