Hi, Thank you for posting in the community! Checking all the versions of Skype for Mac, the webcam settings within the app is not available as this is the default setup on Mac version of Skype. The webcam setting would be within the Mac and Skype will only adjust to the same settings you chose. I would suggest you to try and contact Apple Support if there would be any workaround in which you can customize the settings of the plug in webcam.
