I have an office 2016 installtion on my Mac ( macOS High Sierra) through my organization. I have also downloaded and signed in successfully to Skype for Business (Version 16.21.65) app on my Mac and it connects well. My only issue is I am unable to see my own profile pic or pic for my contacts.
